Data Lead – Data Governance & Architecture

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Lead to provide leadership across data governance, data management, data acquisition, and data ingestion. The role will establish effective data practices, ensure data quality and security, and guide technical data teams toward scalable, business‑oriented solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data governance, management, acquisition, and ingestion functions.
• Oversee collection, integration, storage, and processing of data.
• Develop and implement data management and governance strategies.
• Ensure data practices meet privacy and security standards.
• Coordinate Data Architects, Engineers, and Scientists.
• Drive data‑related operational and strategic decisions across stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary data teams in large‑scale programs.
• Strong understanding of the strategic and business value of data management and monetization.
• Experience in ICT, digital platforms, or smart‑city initiatives is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision‑making skills.
