Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the digital strategy for Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North and its associated venues, including Meryal Waterpark, Azure Beach Doha and multiple restaurants, bars, wellness and retail outlets. Reporting to the Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for driving direct revenue, acquiring new customers and enhancing the overall online guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid media, SEO, CRM, and marketing automation.
• Manage the full paid‑media strategy and annual budget for Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and OTA platforms (TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Expedia).
• Own audience architecture, bidding, creative testing, and budget pacing while running continuous A/B and incrementality tests.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Operations and regional marketing teams to align digital touchpoints with commercial objectives.
• Analyse performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rates) and produce regular reports for senior leadership.
• Identify and implement innovative digital technologies to improve the guest journey from discovery to post‑stay engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital marketing for hospitality, tourism or entertainment brands.
• Strong track record of delivering measurable revenue growth through paid‑media and performance‑marketing initiatives.
• Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with revenue, sales and operations teams.
