Electromechanical Facilities Engineer

About the role

The Electromechanical Facilities Engineer will ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of electromechanical building systems for Burjline Builders in Doha. You will coordinate maintenance activities, oversee technical teams, and guarantee compliance with QHSE and local standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance for electrical, mechanical, ELV, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct technical inspections, identify maintenance needs, and prepare detailed reports.
• Troubleshoot faults, propose corrective actions, and monitor system performance.
• Lead supervisors, technicians, and specialist contractors to deliver maintenance tasks safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with QHSE requirements and applicable Qatar standards.
• Support the planning and supervision of technical teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of facility management experience, preferably on GCC‑scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, ELV, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with Qatar’s technical standards and QHSE regulations.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• QCDD certification and Kahramaa Grade B classification are preferred.
