Enterprise Account Executive – Qatar

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic growth across Qatar and the wider Middle East for a leading European AI company. This senior, high‑autonomy role owns the regional enterprise market, engaging C‑level executives to deliver transformational AI solutions in complex environments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new enterprise accounts, building a pipeline of high‑value opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals valued at €500K+.
• Collaborate with technical, product, legal and customer‑success teams to co‑create bespoke AI solutions.
• Develop executive business cases and transformation roadmaps for large organisations.
• Negotiate multi‑stakeholder procurement processes and maintain long‑term account relationships.
• Drive GTM strategy, territory planning and partner ecosystem engagement, including system integrators and consultancies.

Required profile

• Proven track record selling emerging technologies (AI, deep‑tech) and closing enterprise deals.
• Experience selling to C‑suite stakeholders (CEO, CIO, CTO, CDO, CFO).
• Strong background in new business development and strategic account acquisition.
• Fluent in English and native Arabic communication.
