Enterprise Solutions Architect

About the role

The Enterprise Solutions Architect is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping Milaha’s enterprise IT architecture in line with its business strategy and digital transformation objectives. The role drives architectural governance, defines future‑state roadmaps, and ensures solutions are scalable, secure and cost‑effective.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise‑wide solution architectures, standards and governance frameworks.
• Develop current and future‑state architecture roadmaps aligned with business drivers.
• Lead multi‑cloud initiatives (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and cloud‑native, DevOps‑driven modernization projects.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to produce high‑level designs for complex programs.
• Conduct solution architecture reviews and ensure end‑to‑end integration across domains and vendors.
• Analyze emerging technologies and market trends to provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive digital strategy, innovation and alignment between IT roadmaps and enterprise capability needs.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in enterprise and cloud architecture at a senior leadership level.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, digital transformation and enterprise‑wide technology needs.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and guide cross‑functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering scalable, secure and cost‑effective solutions.
