About the role

The Executive Lounge Agent delivers memorable, personalized service to guests throughout their stay at Marriott International’s West Bay location in Doha. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will guide guests, handle operational tasks, and ensure every interaction feels part of a unique hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational needs and complete daily reports.
• Address guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Share highlights of the local area and recommend services.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures.
• Protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and ensure confidentiality.
• Maintain a professional appearance and clear communication at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 10 lb.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
