Facilities Engineer – Electromechanical

About the role

The Facilities Engineer will support the operation and maintenance of electromechanical building systems, ensuring that maintenance activities are delivered effectively, safely, and in line with required technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance activities.
• Monitor electrical, mechanical, ELV and HVAC systems and associated electromechanical equipment.
• Conduct technical inspections, identify maintenance requirements and prepare technical reports.
• Troubleshoot technical faults and recommend corrective solutions.
• Coordinate supervisors, technicians and specialist contractors.
• Monitor system performance, reliability and compliance with QHSE and applicable technical standards.
• Support planning and supervision of technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of Facility Management experience, preferably on similar‑sized projects in the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and ELV systems and good knowledge of Qatar standards.
• Understanding of Quality Management and QHSE requirements.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• QCDD certification and Kahramaa Grade B classification preferred.
