Facility Management Engineer – Architecture

About the role

The Facility Management Engineer – Architecture will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of architectural elements and building fabric across our portfolio in Doha. The role ensures that all facilities remain safe, functional, and compliant with local regulations while supporting the overall FM service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise architectural, civil and building fabric maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular inspections, identify defects and define maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance tasks with technicians and specialist contractors.
• Prepare technical reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure all works comply with Qatar codes, specifications, HSE and quality standards.
• Support SLA/KPI achievement and overall facility management performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in facility management or project management within the GCC.
• UPDA/MMUP Grade B or C – mandatory.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication, analytical, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
