About the role
The Counter Sales Associate works at the food and beverage counter, greeting walk‑in guests and handling sales of displayed food items. The role combines direct customer interaction with the organization of counter operations to ensure a smooth service flow.
Key responsibilities
- Sell displayed food items and promote menu offerings.
- Organise counter activities, keeping the area tidy and stocked.
- Greet and serve walk‑in customers, delivering high‑level service through product knowledge.
- Process orders received from wait staff, arrange them according to service standards, and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and follow established cash‑handling procedures.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably with cash handling.
- Fluent English communication skills.
