F&B Service Expert – Amaru

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic F&B Service Expert to join our Amaru team at Marriott International in Doha. You will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and supporting the kitchen and front‑of‑house operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, responding to guest needs with a friendly attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow health‑safety procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and present a professional appearance at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with help), reaching, bending, and moving on varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical demands of the role.
