Field Network Technician

About the role

We are looking for skilled Field Network Technicians to join our Installation & Maintenance (I&M) team. In this role you will install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure at client sites across Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and LAN/WAN networks.
• Manage network services including DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, and routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and RIP.
• Implement network security measures, access control policies, and firewall rules.
• Visit client sites to resolve connectivity issues and ensure continuous operation.
• Monitor network performance and proactively address potential issues.
• Document configurations, changes, and incidents according to client standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in network administration or operations.
• CCNA or CCNP certification (mandatory).
• Valid Qatar driving license (mandatory).
• Currently residing in Qatar with a transferable visa or NOC.

Required skills
