Network & Security Administrator – Enterprise Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Network & Security Administrator / Engineer to manage, maintain, and secure our enterprise network infrastructure, focusing on core routing, switching, next‑generation firewalls, load balancing and web application security.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, deploy and troubleshoot enterprise routing and switching across multi‑vendor NGFWs (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
• Implement, maintain and optimise load‑balancing and Web Application Firewall solutions, primarily using Array Networks.
• Administer security solutions including sandboxing, SIEM and endpoint protection suites from Fortinet and Symantec.
• Monitor network performance and availability with tools such as ITRS Opsview and manage alerts.
• Handle incident, problem and service request lifecycles following the ITIL framework.
• Document network configurations, topology diagrams, SOPs and change records.

Required profile

• Demonstrated hands‑on experience as a Network Administrator or Network Security Engineer.
• Proven track record implementing and managing NGFWs (Cisco, Palo Alto, FortiGate) and Array Networks ADC/WAF.
• Experience administering Fortinet and Symantec security suites in enterprise environments.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related field.
• Relevant certifications preferred (CCNA/CCNP, PCNSE, Fortinet NSE 4+, ITIL Foundation).
