Food & Beverage Service Expert – Waiter/Waitress

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Service Experts to join our Sheraton hotel in Doha. As a waiter or waitress you will help create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, ensuring guests enjoy their meals and feel welcomed throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, chairs and dining settings according to hotel standards.
• Take guest orders, communicate them accurately to the kitchen, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, including clearing tables and restocking supplies.
• Handle guest payments and transactions as part of the overall experience.
• Move, lift and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (or 50 lb with assistance) and work safely on varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk and move for extended periods and to perform physical tasks as described.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance and adherence to company policies.
