• Maintain well‑stocked mise‑en‑place at all floor stations.
• Follow proper reporting procedures for any issues that arise.
• Uphold Hilton grooming standards, uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Adhere to hotel security, fire safety, and health‑safety legislation.
