Front Office Welcomer – Guest Services

About the role

As a Welcomer (Front Office Agent) you will be the first point of contact for guests at Pullman, delivering warm welcomes, smooth check‑ins and check‑outs while embodying the brand’s commitment to responsible hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional front‑office service, including warm welcomes, check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle cash transactions and uphold Pullman service standards.
• Monitor room status, manage guest complaints and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and follow VIP protocols.
• Adhere to local government requirements and Pullman guidelines for guest management.

Required profile

• Thrives in fast‑paced environments and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences.
• Previous hospitality experience is a strong advantage.
• Tech‑savvy with Opera or similar property management systems.
• Guest‑oriented, approachable and genuinely service‑minded.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Sales‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Opera PMS (or similar property management system) proficiency.
