Guest Experience Agent

About the role

As a Guest Experience Agent at Kimpton Doha, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, personalized service that reflects the luxury and lifestyle standards of IHG. You will work in a dynamic environment where each day brings new opportunities to create memorable experiences for both international travelers and local visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and manage the full check‑in and check‑out process.
• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone.
• Take, manage, and receive payments for room bookings and ancillary services.
• Anticipate guest needs, provide tailored recommendations, and resolve any issues promptly.
• Serve as the trusted point of contact for billing inquiries, restaurant reservations, and local attraction advice.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong problem‑solving ability to turn challenges into positive outcomes.
• Fluency in Arabic preferred; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic literacy, numeracy, and computer proficiency.
