About the role
As a Guest Relations Agent you will ensure maximum guest satisfaction by providing personal recognition and prompt attention to VIP guests from arrival through departure. You will make sure VIPs and members receive all benefits and that repeat guests receive special recognition and service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personalized service to VIP and repeat guests throughout their stay.
- Ensure all VIP benefits and membership privileges are applied correctly.
- Provide prompt and attentive assistance from arrival to departure.
Required profile
- Experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent written and spoken English.
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
