Guest Services Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Guest Services Supervisor to manage and respond to guest calls and requests at our Doha hotel. The role ensures timely resolution of guest inquiries, supports the front‑desk team and upholds Marriott’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer, record and process all guest calls, requests and concerns, directing them to the appropriate department.
• Operate the telephone switchboard, monitor busy lines, take messages and activate/deactivate guest room message lights.
• Verify and adjust billing, log guest requests and incidents into the computer system.
• Provide guests with directions, property information and assistance for disabilities.
• Assist management with training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching team members.
• Maintain uniform appearance, report safety issues and protect company assets.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking and lifting items up to 10 lb.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related hospitality experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.

Required skills

• Telephone switchboard operation.
• Computer and POS system usage.
