Help Desk Technician

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Doha provides first‑line technical support to end users across the organization. The Help Desk Technician will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring that desktop environments remain stable, secure, and productive.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues for desktop computers.
• Perform computer repair tasks, including diagnostics, component replacement, and system configuration.
• Document support requests and maintain accurate records in the ticketing system.
• Assist with equipment setup, configuration, and routine updates.
• Escalate complex problems to higher‑level support when necessary.
• Collaborate with IT team members and communicate clearly with end users.

Required profile

• Ability to provide Help Desk and technical support in an office environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Customer‑focused attitude with effective communication skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Doha and collaborate within a cross‑functional team.
• Relevant technical certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Desktop Support) or equivalent practical experience.
