Hostess – High-End Restaurant

About the role

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking a professional Hostess to join the award‑winning team at GAIA, a high‑end restaurant in Doha. The role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience in a fast‑paced, upscale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly while maintaining a courteous and polished demeanor.
• Manage reservation systems and waiting lists efficiently.
• Coordinate with the floor team to optimize table turnover and guest flow.
• Provide accurate information about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues to uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hostess role within high‑end restaurant concepts.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Currently residing in Doha and available for a trial shift.
