Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

As a Housekeeping Attendant you will ensure guest rooms are clean, comfortable and ready for arrival, creating a welcoming “home away from home” experience. You will work closely with the front‑desk and service teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Replace guest amenities, supplies and fresh linens in each room.
• Make beds, fold sheets and arrange pillows according to hotel standards.
• Collect and dispose of trash, used linens and room‑service items.
• Greet guests, respond to their requests and communicate any issues.
• Straighten desk items, furniture and appliances, and remove marks from walls and furnishings.
• Dust, polish surfaces and perform wall‑care as needed.
• Vacuum carpets and carry out floor‑care duties.

Required profile

• Warm, people‑oriented demeanor with a team‑first attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning standards.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb and stand, walk or sit for extended periods.
• Professional appearance in a clean uniform and clear communication skills.
