Humanities Instructor – General Studies

About the role

The Humanities Instructor will join the General Studies department of Qatar Technical Institute (QTI) to deliver the first‑year humanities curriculum to military students. This full‑time position focuses on teaching Qatar History, Human Rights, and Islamic Culture in line with Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet MoEHE curriculum requirements.
• Assess student performance, provide feedback and support academic success.
• Contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades and instructional materials.
• Participate in regular feedback meetings with senior instructors to enhance teaching practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues and military stakeholders to achieve departmental objectives.
