IT Project Manager – Banking Sector (Multiple Roles)

About the role

We are hiring experienced IT specialists and project managers for several banking technology initiatives in Doha, Qatar. Positions include AML/Treasury Project Manager, Core Banking Project Manager, Fraud Solution IT Project Manager, IT Developer (Core Banking & Regulatory Reporting) and System Specialist (Anti‑Money‑Laundering).

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end AML and Treasury projects, including transaction monitoring, sanctions screening and liquidity reporting.
• Manage implementation, migration and upgrade of Core Banking platforms such as Temenos and Finacle.
• Deliver fraud and financial‑crime prevention solutions, overseeing design, integration and rollout.
• Develop and maintain regulatory reporting applications using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, ETL and Business Objects.
• Support and enhance AML/Treasury applications (e.g., Kondor, Net Reveal, Kiya) and ensure compliance with FATF/Basel standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors and cross‑functional teams to ensure project timelines and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in banking IT, with a proven track record in regulated environments.
• Experience on at least one of the following: AML/Treasury, Core Banking, fraud/AML solutions, regulatory reporting.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification for project‑manager roles (preferred).
• Prior experience in the GCC/Qatar market is highly preferred.
