IT Support Engineer – Contract

About the role

The Resident IT Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar, responsible for providing day-to-day IT infrastructure, systems, and end‑user support. You will work closely with internal IT teams and business users to maintain service levels and ensure compliance with organizational IT policies.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune.
• Manage Windows Servers and file servers.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and network connectivity issues.
• Support virtualization platforms.
• Maintain backup and security systems.
• Manage incidents and service requests.
• Administer user accounts and access.
• Monitor infrastructure and perform preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and business users to resolve technical issues.
