IT Support Engineer – EUC L1 & Network (Doha)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to deliver first‑line end‑user computing (EUC) services and assist with basic network operations in our Doha office. The role combines desktop support, hardware troubleshooting and Microsoft 365 administration with hands‑on work on Cisco LAN/WAN infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Manage user accounts, passwords and permissions in Active Directory.
• Perform imaging, deployment and setup of new devices and maintain meeting‑room AV equipment.
• Log and resolve incidents in the ITSM ticketing system, meeting SLA targets and escalating complex cases.
• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN and Wi‑Fi infrastructure, including basic configuration of Cisco switches, routers and wireless access points.
• Support VLAN configuration, routing, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and VPN connectivity issues.
• Assist with network cabling, port patching, moves‑adds‑changes and keep documentation up to date.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in end‑user computing support and basic network administration.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• CompTIA A+, Network+ or equivalent; CCNA highly preferred; ITIL Foundation a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
