IT Support Engineer – Systems & Network

About the role

The Information Technology Support Engineer will ensure the reliability, security and performance of the company’s IT infrastructure. This role involves installing, configuring and maintaining workstations, servers, network equipment and related software for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure user workstations, software applications and peripheral devices.
• Maintain system integrity and security across the organization.
• Test and evaluate hardware and software for potential procurement.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for Windows and macOS platforms.
• Monitor server performance, data link connectivity and voice recording systems.
• Manage inventory of computer equipment and related supplies.
• Assist with data backup administration and data‑center equipment monitoring (A/C, UPS, safety systems).
• Oversee CCTV and access‑control system monitoring.
• Support domain administration and network/system monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with vendors for IT purchases, contracts and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Proven experience with Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Experience with CCTV, access‑control and data‑center infrastructure.
• Ability to work closely with departmental staff and follow company policies.
