IT Systems Engineer – Cloud (Azure & GCP)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join our team for a 12‑month renewable contract. The role focuses on designing, implementing and maintaining cloud‑based infrastructure using Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage Azure and GCP resources to meet business requirements.
• Configure and maintain virtualization platforms and storage solutions.
• Implement security best practices across cloud environments.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and optimise resource usage.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT systems, preferably in Qatar.
• Valid Qatari ID (QID).
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator and/or Google Cloud Certified – Professional Cloud Architect are a plus.
