Lead Business Intelligence Analyst – People Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to drive our People Analytics function within the HR Strategy, Transformation & Digital team in Doha. You will turn large HR datasets into actionable insights and visual stories that support strategic decisions across the airline.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain real‑time HR dashboards and deep‑dive analytics for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to centralise HR data from multiple systems into a unified data warehouse.
• Analyse massive datasets to identify trends in hiring, attrition, mobility and other workforce metrics.
• Integrate AI‑driven forecasting and automation to enhance People Analytics capabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, delivering insights that influence workforce strategy.
