Lounge Operations Manager (Multiple Locations)

About the role

The Lounge Operations Manager (LOM) oversees the day‑to‑day operation of multiple lounges, ensuring safe, clean, and welcoming environments while managing bar services, inventory, and event support in accordance with Air Force and host‑nation regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise four lounge locations, including bar operations, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Maintain alcohol inventory, generate variance reports, and track sales accurately.
• Coordinate setup and breakdown of government‑furnished equipment for events.
• Ensure compliance with Air Force Instructions, Golden Eagle Standards, HACCP, and Tri‑Service Food Code.
• Monitor equipment condition, submit and track work orders, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage purchase requests, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and document all transactions.
• Develop and submit a 90‑day activity calendar in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Respond to customer feedback promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising hospitality or lounge staff.
• Strong knowledge of military or government regulations related to food, beverage, and safety.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Attention to detail in inventory control and reporting.
