Manager, Governance, Risk & Compliance

About the role

WeConsulting is looking for an experienced Manager to lead Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) consulting engagements across the GCC. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality advisory services, building strategic client relationships, and supporting the firm’s growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead GRC projects from scoping to delivery and closure.
• Develop and maintain strategic client relationships, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence.
• Supervise, mentor and evaluate consulting and support staff.
• Ensure quality delivery of internal audit, compliance frameworks, risk assessments, ESG advisory, IT assurance and cyber‑security reviews.
• Present findings and recommendations to C‑suite and board‑level audiences.
• Contribute to proposal development and thought‑leadership content.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in GRC advisory or a related field.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Proven business‑development track record in consulting.
• Strong ability to manage complex client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding of corporate governance, risk‑management frameworks and regulatory compliance across multiple industries.
