Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing activities for Banana Island Resort Doha, helping to strengthen the resort’s luxury brand presence, increase awareness, drive guest engagement, and support revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the resort’s annual and monthly marketing plans.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, packages and seasonal activities.
• Assist in creating creative concepts and promotional materials for rooms, dining, wellness, recreation and events.
• Ensure all marketing activities are delivered on time and follow approved brand guidelines.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing updates to management.
• Manage the resort’s social media platforms and content calendar, producing posts, stories, videos, reels and promotional assets.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers and agencies for content production.
• Monitor social media engagement and coordinate responses to guest interactions.
• Support digital advertising campaigns and track performance.
• Assist with website content updates, email marketing, newsletters and other digital communications.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month relevant marketing experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
