Mechanical Technician (Commissioning)

About the role

The Mechanical Technician (Commissioning) will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of mechanical systems within an industrial environment. This role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of a wide range of equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul pumps, motors, valves, gearboxes, compressors, and piping systems.
• Maintain reverse‑osmosis (RO) plant equipment, including high‑pressure pumps, booster pumps, pressure vessels, RO skids and membranes, filters, strainers, chemical dosing systems, valves, actuators, heat exchangers, cranes and lifting equipment.
• Perform equipment alignment and lubrication tasks to ensure optimal performance.
