Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to design, develop, customize, integrate, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions. You will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project teams to turn business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 applications and extensions.
• Build integrations with external systems using REST APIs, web services, middleware, and Azure integration services.
• Prepare technical design documents based on approved functional and business requirements.
• Develop custom workflows, plugins, reports, extensions, and business logic.
• Support data migration, system upgrades, deployments, and production releases.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and technical troubleshooting.
• Optimize performance, ensure scalability, reliability, and stability of solutions.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions, technical planning, and effort estimations.
• Provide technical support during UAT, go‑live, and post‑implementation phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical development and implementation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to work with functional and business teams.
