About the role

The Miu Miu Client Advisor is responsible for delivering an extraordinary luxury customer experience in a boutique setting. Acting as a Brand Ambassador, you will guide clients through the world of Miu Miu and Prada, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met both in‑store and via e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and place the customer at the centre of every interaction.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPI goals.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Miu Miu products, brand history, culture and DNA.
• Capture and manage client data in the company CRM to personalise future engagements.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual appointments, embracing an omni‑channel mindset.
• Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to advise clients effectively.
• Resolve client complaints in partnership with line managers and the Client Service team.
• Handle products with the highest level of care and respect.
• Utilise digital tools to provide an integrated luxury experience.
• Collaborate with Back‑of‑House teams, maintaining organised stock and complying with operational procedures.
