MuleSoft Integration Engineer – API Management & OpenShift

About the role

We are seeking a MuleSoft Integration Engineer to design, develop, and support integration flows for a shared services platform. The role involves building APIs on Anypoint Platform, managing Azure API Management, and operating the solution on OpenShift.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integration flows in Anypoint Studio using DataWeave for data transformations.
• Create, publish, and manage APIs through Anypoint Design Center, Exchange and Platform.
• Configure API policies, throttling, versioning and authentication in Azure API Management using Dev Portal, Postman, VS Code extensions and OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Support MuleSoft CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift, including Azure DevOps pipeline creation, ingress and Key Vault configuration.
• Promote APIs, contracts and policies via Anypoint API Manager and move flows through Design Center.
• Perform MuleSoft administration tasks such as backups, upgrades/patches, Runtime Fabric management and environment library configuration.
• Manage SSL certificates for onboarded organizations and enforce API governance standards.
• Troubleshoot integration and data exchange issues using Application Insights and APIM trace logs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• MuleSoft Certified Developer (preferred).
• Experience in public‑sector or enterprise API platforms is a plus.
