About the role
We are looking for an experienced NCR ATM Operations Consultant to join our team in Qatar. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting and supporting ATM networks and software to ensure uninterrupted service.
Key responsibilities
- Perform Level 1 ATM incident analysis and raise tickets with NCR ATM Software Support.
- Support ATM operations projects, incidents, and production issues.
- Assist with deployment of patches, releases, and production fixes following SIT/UAT.
- Analyze and share logs, findings, and incident details with NCR support teams.
- Complete assigned technical requests and operational tasks.
- Support day‑to‑day ATM network operations and monitoring.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ATM operations or support.
- Hands‑on experience with NCR ATM software and ATM network environments.
- Familiarity with SIT/UAT and production environments.
Required skills
- Incident management and log analysis.
- Patch and release deployment.
- Production support for ATM systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities.
