Operations Manager – Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead an expanding restaurant portfolio in Doha. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own full business and P&L responsibility, driving profitability, service excellence and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Take full operational and P&L management of all restaurant outlets.
• Mentor, train and coach the leadership team to deliver high performance and service standards.
• Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and monitor operating standards.
• Oversee execution of local store marketing, national promotions, new products and processes.
• Implement best practices and maximise efficiency across all locations.
• Identify business opportunities, emerging trends and align offerings with customer expectations.
• Lead from the front with a hands‑on attitude, empowering staff.
• Manage labour costs, productivity and overall efficiency.
• Build strong networks and stay up‑to‑date with market developments to elevate the brand.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full business P&L.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hands‑on leadership style and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Experience creating, implementing and training Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
