Oracle Financials Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Functional Consultant to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have 6‑7 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and a strong grasp of core finance modules.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather finance requirements and design functional solutions.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany) to meet business needs.
• Set up and maintain Chart of Accounts, ledgers, legal entities, business units, and accounting calendars.
• Manage end‑to‑end AP and AR processes, including invoicing, payments, collections, and reconciliations.
• Support GL activities such as journal entries, allocations, period close, and intercompany transactions.
• Perform functional testing, issue resolution, and documentation of specifications and test scenarios.
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, interfaces, and data migration.
• Assist in SIT, UAT, deployment, and post‑production support.

Required profile

• 6‑7 years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle Financials, preferably Fusion Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
