Oracle Fusion Payroll Senior Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Senior Consultant to lead end‑to‑end payroll implementations for multiple clients or business units. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong project delivery and stakeholder management to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion Payroll modules across diverse environments.
• Translate business requirements into scalable payroll solutions that meet country‑specific tax and statutory regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, IT, and external partners to achieve project goals.
• Perform system configuration, data migration, interface development, and integration with timekeeping, benefits, and external payroll systems.
• Develop and execute test plans, facilitate user acceptance testing, and support cut‑over activities.
• Provide production support, resolve issues, and continuously optimize payroll processes.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations or managing global payroll operations.
• Proven ability to deliver complex payroll projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Accounting, or a related field.
