About the role
The Pool & Beach Food & Beverage Attendant will be the first point of contact for guests enjoying the resort’s pool and beach areas. As a hospitality ambassador, you will deliver prompt, courteous service and help create memorable experiences for every visitor.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests in the pool and beach venues.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, beverages, and hotel facilities.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth, timely operation of food and beverage outlets.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest privacy throughout the work area.
- Continuously develop professional skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Strong passion for delivering excellent service.
- Team‑player attitude with the ability to work well with colleagues.
- Effective communication skills.
