Product Marketing Manager, Global Public Sector

About the role

Scale is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the storytelling and amplification of its high‑impact AI partnerships with government institutions across Qatar and the GCC. Reporting to the Product Marketing Lead, Global Public Sector, you will act as the bridge between Scale’s technical teams and senior public‑sector stakeholders, turning complex projects into clear, compelling narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Create case studies, one‑pagers, solution briefs, thought‑leadership pieces, web copy and presentations that translate technical work into accessible stories.
• Partner with customer stakeholders to extract success metrics and package them as national‑impact stories.
• Develop and localise messaging, positioning and collateral for public‑sector buyers throughout the region.
• Maintain Scale’s brand voice and visual consistency across all touchpoints, from sales emails to the homepage.
• Drive content and copy for new solution launches, campaigns and market‑entry initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, product, delivery and communications teams to ensure alignment and accurate external messaging.
• Track and report on content and campaign performance in partnership with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Polished communication style suitable for senior government audiences.
• Experience in product marketing, content production and regional growth strategy.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholder inputs.
