Project Manager – Mixed-Use Capital Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale mixed‑use capital projects in the Arabian Gulf region. The role involves overseeing projects valued at QAR 100 million or more, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and progress monitoring for major mixed‑use developments.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage budgets, cost forecasts, and financial risk assessments.
• Allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and resolve issues across project teams.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
• Implement quality control measures and manage project risks.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and produce regular progress reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of post‑qualification experience.
• At least 10 years as a Project Manager with a contracting firm on mixed‑use capital projects valued at QAR 100 million +.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the Arabian Gulf region.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) credential.
