QA/QC Inspector

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced QA/QC Inspector to oversee construction quality and compliance on large‑scale infrastructure projects in Qatar. The role ensures that work meets design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while supporting timely project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of construction activities to verify compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor work progress, identify potential quality issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet required quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of inspections, including daily reports, safety reports, and quality control checks.
• Coordinate with construction teams to facilitate smooth execution of QA/QC processes.
• Manage site safety by ensuring workers follow safety protocols.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Assist with testing and commissioning to confirm that components meet quality and functionality standards before handover.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of QA/QC inspection experience, including at least 5 years in a consultancy role on large‑scale infrastructure projects such as roads, drainage, water supply, and sewer systems.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with inspection reporting software.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
