Retail Sales Associate – Customer Service & POS

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to represent our brand and drive sales through exceptional customer service. You will work on the shop floor, assist shoppers, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock is displayed attractively.
• Handle POS transactions, process cash, credit cards, vouchers and issue receipts or refunds accurately.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Adhere to loss‑prevention policies, store security procedures and confidentiality of sales data.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.

Required profile

• Well‑groomed, presentable and able to maintain a professional attitude.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of the brand’s product range for effective suggestive selling.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to store standards.
