Senior Analyst – CRM & Loyalty Data Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to become the data‑analysis expert for our CRM and Loyalty programmes. You will own the management, querying, analysis and reporting of all departmental databases, turning large data sets into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep business understanding of internal clients and translate requirements into practical data solutions.
• Create, maintain and deliver KPI dashboards, regular reports and analytical insights for Sales, Loyalty, Revenue Management, Marketing and Customer Service.
• Lead the design of segmentation and lead‑scoring models to support personalised campaigns.
• Supervise and mentor junior data analysts within the team.
• Collaborate with IT to improve data quality, collection processes and analytical efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements for insight generation and delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in reporting and analysis of complex customer or commercial data.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with analytical and visualisation tools such as SAS and SQL.
