Senior Business Analyst

About the role

Malomatia is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its Doha team. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, shaping product backlogs and ensuring high‑quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Author Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows (As‑Is/To‑Be) and use cases.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog, ensuring stories are well‑formed and ready for sprint execution.
• Lead requirement reviews and walkthroughs with stakeholders, solution architects, developers and QA.
• Conduct Fit‑Gap analysis, recommend process improvements and digital enablers.
• Maintain the requirements baseline, manage change requests, impact analysis and version control.
• Define and validate acceptance criteria, support UAT planning, defect triage and release sign‑off.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to produce wireframes, prototypes and user journeys.
• Produce executive‑grade documentation in English and Arabic for client and steering committees.
• Support pre‑sales activities by providing requirement inserts, capability statements and proposal content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
