Senior Construction Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Operations Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale construction projects in Qatar. The role focuses on ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget control, and quality standards across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day construction operations for several concurrent projects.
• Develop and execute project execution strategies to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, resources and performance metrics, reporting progress to senior management.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental regulations.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Drive productivity improvements and optimize resource utilization.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and performance management for construction teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 12–15 years of construction project delivery experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record on large‑scale building, infrastructure or mixed‑use developments.
• Experience managing multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication abilities.
