Senior Manager Digital Transformation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Digital Transformation to shape and execute our enterprise‑wide digital agenda. The role will modernise processes, accelerate digital adoption and leverage emerging technologies to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a digital transformation roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional transformation programs from strategy through adoption, ensuring scope, budget and timeline compliance.
• Assess, redesign and optimise business processes, championing automation and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Evaluate and roll out emerging technologies such as AI, analytics, automation, cloud and enterprise platforms.
• Drive change‑management initiatives, including communication, training and stakeholder engagement.
• Build strong relationships with executive leadership, department heads and external partners, presenting business cases and progress updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10‑15+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology strategy or business transformation.
• Proven track record of delivering complex transformation programs.
