Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator to own and operate our on‑premises Dynamics CRM platform in Qatar. The role combines administration, infrastructure support, performance tuning and security management with hands‑on development to deliver custom business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, monitor and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics CRM On‑Premises environment.
• Design, develop and deploy customizations, plugins, workflows and integrations using C#.NET, JavaScript and Web APIs.
• Manage security, access rights, authentication (ADFS, claims‑based) and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, backup, disaster‑recovery and high‑availability planning.
• Coordinate change, release and solution management activities across the platform.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• At least 6‑8 years of hands‑on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On‑Premises.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation and problem‑solving abilities.
