Senior Project Engineer – Capital Projects

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will lead the delivery of capital projects from concept through commissioning and hand‑over, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, safety and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end project management for assigned oil & gas capital projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams during feasibility, concept optimisation, FEED and EPIC phases.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and risk registers.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates and stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of engineering and project management experience in oil & gas projects.
• Proven ability to lead engineering coordination across disciplines.
• Strong communication, presentation and report‑writing skills.
• B.Sc. in an engineering discipline; higher degree or professional membership is a plus.
